With over 15 years as a registered Shelby County School vendor, the business has served thousands through large-scale public events, community celebrations, private bookings, and pop-ups across the region. Our experience includes major events such as the Delta Fair, Juneteenth celebrations, and other high-volume festivals where consistency, speed, and quality are essential. We specialize in handcrafted candy apples, classic carnival favorites, and high-demand menu items designed to perform in real-world settings from crowded outdoor festivals to private events and contracted services. Our candy apples are known for clean coatings, proper temperature control, visual presentation, and flavor consistency even under high-volume conditions. Unlike seasonal vendors, this business operates with a year-round mindset. Every menu item, setup, and process is designed to handle real crowds, tight timelines, and customer expectations.Operations include standard stovetop setups, commercial equipment, and mobile food configurations depending on the event size and location. In addition to food service, optional candy apple education is also available for individuals interested in learning professional techniques.
