With over 15 years as a registered Shelby County School vendor, Carnival Food Year Round has served thousands through large-scale public events, community celebrations, private bookings, and pop-ups across the region. Our experience includes major events such as the Delta Fair, Juneteenth celebrations, and other high-volume festivals where consistency, speed, and quality are non-negotiable. We specialize in handcrafted candy apples, classic carnival favorites, and high-demand fair food made to perform in real-world settings from crowded outdoor festivals to private events and contracted services. Our candy apples are known for clean coatings, proper temperature control, visual appeal, and flavor consistency, even under high-volume conditions. Unlike seasonal vendors, Carnival Food Year Round operates with a year-round business mindset. Every menu item, setup, and process is designed to handle real crowds, real timelines, and real customer expectations. This includes working with standard stovetop setups, commercial equipment, and mobile configurations depending on the event size and location. In addition to food service, we also offer optional candy apple education for individuals interested in learning proper techniques. However, education is not the foundation of our business experience is. Our methods come from years of hands-on work at festivals, fairs, and contracted events, not theory or shortcuts.
