    To ensure candy apples arrive glossy, intact, and visually appealing, all shipped orders are sent via UPS Overnight shipping only. Slower shipping methods increase the risk of melting, cracking, sweating, or damage and are not offered.

    Overnight shipping is included in the product price and cannot be removed or downgraded.

    Candy apples melt quickly when exposed to heat or extended transit times. We do not rely on dry ice workarounds or delayed shipping methods. Instead, we use UPS Overnight shipping to protect the candy coating, preserve presentation, and ensure your order arrives as intended.

    📦 PACKAGING & HANDLING

    Each order is carefully secured using protective, insulated containers designed specifically to keep candy apples safe during transit. All packages are clearly marked FRAGILE to minimize handling issues.

    If candy apples arrive damaged, it is typically the result of carrier mishandling, not production or packaging.

    ❄️ REFRIGERATION REQUIRED UPON DELIVERY

    Candy apples must be refrigerated immediately upon delivery.

    Upon receipt:

    • Open the package immediately

    • Refrigerate the candy apples as soon as they are received

    • Do not leave the package outside, in a mailbox, or at room temperature

    Failure to refrigerate candy apples upon delivery may result in melting or damage and is not the responsibility of Carnival Food Year Round.

    By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

    • UPS Overnight shipping is required

    • Shipping methods cannot be changed

    • Candy apples must be refrigerated immediately upon delivery

    • Quality issues caused by improper handling after delivery are not refundable
